SCHED is our official conference app that will provide you with up to date information pertaining to our conference. It is highly recommended that you utilize this app before, during and after the conference. Make sure to check back often as session times and topics are updated frequently.

Our conference is located at The Shores Resort & Spa, 2637 South Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.
Hotel Accommodations: Gaetz Aerospace Institute will reimburse for hotel accommodations ONLY for attendees that live more than 50 miles from the hotel. Hotel accommodations will be covered for the nights ofSunday, October 23, and Monday, October 24, 2022. All other travel expenses and incidentals are the responsibility of the attendee. Note, you will need to provide a credit card upon arrival to cover any incidentals.

Self-parking for overnight guest is covered by Gaetz Aerospace Institute, but valet parking will NOT be included. Day visitors, parking is free. If you need to cancel reservations please notify The Shores and email dbgai@erau.edu within 48 hours of the conference. No shows may be responsible in paying for hotel accommodations. Full breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday 10.24 and Tuesday 10.25. On Monday evening, October 24, 2022 from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm, there will be a reception at The Shores Resort and Spa, Beachfront Pavilion (weather permitting) or Atlantic Ballroom. Students at Ft. Pierce Central HS were given the challenge to improve school security using UAS to satisfy their AS 222 project. The initiative caught the attention of Channel 5 News, the school superintendent and staff, local congressman, sheriff, chief of police, EOC, and other organizations. Industry partners included Boeing, Aeronyde Autonomous Systems Company, NASA, Zeroeyes, IBM, and others. Details of the effort to date will be provided during this session, along with work yet to be accomplished. Suggestions from the audience are welcome.
